Nurse Practitioner Christin Delaney is devoted to the health and well-being of her patients. She started practicing as a Registered Nurse in 2014 and as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020. Christin treats infants, children, teens and adults, completing well child exams, adult physical exams, wound care and Medicare annual wellness visits. Her areas of interest include preventive and community health.
A second-generation graduate in her family, Christin earned her associates degree in nursing from Concorde Career College, Jacksonville, Fl. She later received her Master’s in nursing with a specialty in Family Practice from Simmons University in Boston Massachusetts.
A motivator and inspirational healthcare professional, Christin aspires to support her patients in making healthy decisions through difficult, yet critical, conversations. She is passionate about giving more to her community as a mentor in advanced practice nursing and as an advocate for achieving equitable healthcare for patients.
